Job Description:

Chartered Speed Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Senior Purchase Executive / Purchase Executive with an automobile industry background to join our procurement team at Sanathal Circle, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and procurement of spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for automobile spare parts.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement of spare parts to avoid delays in operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and manage inventory levels.
• Monitor market trends and source high-quality, cost-effective parts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Supply Chain or related field preferred).
• 3-7 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of vendor identification, sourcing, and price negotiation.
• Hands-on experience with purchase order creation and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers.
