Purpose:

 

Majorly responsible for the company’s hiring, payroll,HR Operations, training, employee engagement.

 

The goal is to ensure HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

·        Monitor manpower requirement

·        End to End Recruitment

·        Complete joining formality and on boarding of new joiner

·        Manage employees' grievances

·        Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

·        Access training needs and coordinates learning and development initiative for all employees

·        Oversee daily operations of the HR department

·        Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents

·        Responsible for payroll processing

·        Responsible for incentives, bonus and other employee’s and statutory payments

·        Assist in performance management systems

·        Looking after employee engagement activities

·        Providing & drafting all types of letters

·        Maintaining employees attendance and absenteeism record 

·        Updating leave records of employees

·        Hotel reservations & ticket booking

·        General Administration work

·        Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, Benefits or company’s policies

·        Acquires background checks & employee eligibility verifications

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource

·        Proficient with Microsoft office and related software

·        1-3 years of human resource management experience preferred

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Excellent Organizational skills and attention to details
