PURPOSE: We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing high-value customer accounts and a strong background in field sales. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing key customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with high-value customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. - Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and increase market share within assigned accounts.
- Field Sales: Conduct regular field visits to customers, understanding their business needs, and providing solutions that align with their objectives.
- Customer Retention: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive longterm partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and key metrics to senior management. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of managing high-value customer accounts. - Strong field sales experience, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
