JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive
REPORTING TO: Line Manager
LOCATION: Bangalore
KEY TASKS AND DUTIES:
· Sales presentations, Data Services, Email Campaigns, Social Media Channels
· Presenting market opportunities as per customer goals and objectives
· Identifying account buying patterns and opportunities
· Spearheaded the prospecting of new customers through referrals from existing clients and sales phone calls
· Addressing customer issues
· Understanding customer objectives/goals and offering a customized solution
· Building customer relationship and maintain high level customer satisfaction
· Identifying Account growth opportunities horizontally (penetrating to new geographical locations) and vertically (Selling other services in current locations)
· Presenting business portfolio Services
· Uncovering sales opportunities from the leads assigned
· Audience recommendations for market expansion
· Value proposition
· Up-selling other services like email campaigns and other social media channels
· Proposal design and price Negotiations
· Training lead gens on need-based prospecting or buyer profiles in technology and healthcare verticals Pre-sales role
· A thorough research in identifying potential audience in technology, healthcare and other industries for Champion InfoMetrics Portfolio Services
· List building and data Verification
· Qualifying leads, Scheduling calls with top-level executives
