Statutory Annual Filing i.e. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account and Annual Return
of the company
Preparing notice, agenda notes, Director Report and Annual Returns.
Coordination with secretarial auditors, statutory auditors, internal auditors, RTA,
trustees, etc.
Maintenance, updating, and safe keeping of Statutory Registers, Minute Books of
Board Meeting/ Committees & General Meeting.
Preparing documents for listing of NCDs on Stock-exchange, Corporate Action Form
Compliance with SEBI LODR pertaining to the listing of NCDs.
Trustee Compliance under SEBI Regulation, RBI Directions, and agreed trustee
Documents of NCDs and Loan Documents.
