Overview:

The Senior Business Central Developer plays a crucial role in the organization by leading the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless integration of Business Central with other systems, as well as developing and optimizing key business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Business Central solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and propose effective solutions
• Customize and extend Business Central through AL, C/AL, and extensions
• Implement and integrate third-party systems and apps with Business Central
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data migration and reporting
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers and consultants
• Participate in the full lifecycle of software development including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance
• Assist in system optimization and performance tuning
• Keep abreast of new technologies and provide recommendations for adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Over 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV development and customization.
• Proficiency in C/AL and AL programming languages.
• Experience with standard BC objects and integrating Dynamics BC with third-party applications.
• Proven ability to develop complex customizations and new functionalities.
• Expertise in defining security settings and understanding structured project governance.
• Strong understanding of business processes within the ERP domain (finance, sales, purchasing, etc.).
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and implementation.
• Skilled in writing technical documentation and understanding functional requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• High proficiency in English for documentation and communication.
• MB-800 or MB-820 Certification in Dynamics BC (nice to have).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Azure, .NET, LCS, SSAS, and Power Automate for BC (nice to have).
