Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aptitude Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance cognitive skills, problem-solving abilities, and mental agility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, psychology, or a related field and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver aptitude training programs for individuals or groups

- Assess trainees' cognitive strengths and weaknesses

- Develop personalized training plans to improve aptitude skills

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and assessments

- Monitor progress and provide feedback

- Stay updated on best practices in cognitive training and aptitude development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or related field

- Proven experience in training, teaching, or coaching
