Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the sales team to meet individual and team targets
• Develop strategies to identify and acquire new customers via calls, social media, field visits, and business networking
• Analyze client requirements and guide team members in offering the most suitable products or services
• Conduct product training and ensure the team delivers clear and compelling presentations to clients
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, team performance, and customer information
• Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to upper management
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in handling client relationships and customer service
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role. Sales manager experience is a must.
