Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI/ML Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in designing, developing,

and deploying AI and machine learning models. You will work closely with cross-functional

teams to solve complex problems, optimize processes, and contribute to innovative

projects across a variety of domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to address real-world problems.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to prepare

datasets for ML pipelines.

- Develop advanced AI systems utilizing supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning

techniques.

- Optimize model performance using techniques such as hyperparameter tuning and feature

selection.

- Work on tasks involving LLMs (Large Language Models) to build intelligent solutions, including

chatbot systems and conversational AI.

- Integrate and deploy LLMs using tools like Langchain and Ollama.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and

actionable solutions.

- Develop APIs and integrate ML models into production environments using tools like Docker and

Flask.

- Conduct research and stay updated on emerging AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance deployed systems to maintain reliability and performance.

- Programming Languages: Python, SQL

- Machine Learning & AI: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Langchain

- LLMs (Large Language Models): GPT-based models, Ollama, sentiment analysis, and chatbot

development

- Data Analysis & Visualization: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn

- Deep Learning Architectures: LSTM, GANs, SIFT for video pattern matching

- Containerization Tools: Docker

- Version Control: Git

- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and reinforcement learning

methods
