Job Overview
The MD Secretariaat role at Centrix Interiors is a full-time position located in Bangalore Urban, suited for a fresher with excellent organizational skills. The position requires a candidate with 0 to 1 year of experience who is capable of managing schedules, planning events, and facilitating communications. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach and be eager to contribute to the team’s success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for tasks such as drafting emails, creating presentations, and handling spreadsheets.
- Strong diary management skills to ensure efficient scheduling and time management for the Managing Director.
- Travel coordination experience to manage itineraries, bookings, and other arrangements as required.
- Meeting scheduling with a great degree of precision and timeliness. (Mandatory skill)
- Proven event planning abilities to organize company events, meetings, and functions seamlessly. (Mandatory skill)
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Familiarity with document preparation and management to support the administrative functions of the office.
- Experience providing administrative support by handling day-to-day office operations efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily schedule of the Managing Director, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports as required by the Managing Director and executive staff.
- Provide administrative support including handling communications, scheduling, and various clerical duties.
- Organize travel arrangements, ensuring that all necessary accommodations and logistics are effectively managed.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to support cohesive functioning across the organization.
- Review and assess incoming correspondence, directing it appropriately and ensuring timely responses.
- Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by senior management for overall company growth and development.
