Job Overview

Centrix Interiors, a leading interior design company, is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Manager to join our team. As an HVAC Manager, you will be responsible for managing the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of our projects. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
• Proven experience in managing HVAC projects and leading a team
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools
• Certification in HVAC systems is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in our projects
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to determine HVAC requirements and develop effective solutions
• Evaluate project specifications and blueprints to ensure compliance with HVAC standards
• Supervise a team of HVAC technicians and provide guidance on technical issues and problem-solving
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the performance and efficiency of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all HVAC operations
• Monitor and manage HVAC project budgets, including cost estimation and resource allocation
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and design, to integrate HVAC systems into overall project plans
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement
