Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager for a full-time position in Nagpur. This role requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have superior project management skills and a strong ability to manage project life cycles and risks while engaging stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Project Lifecycle Management (Mandatory skill) - Ability to manage all stages of a project from initiation to closure, ensuring successful completion.
• Risk Management (Mandatory skill) - Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement (Mandatory skill) - Proficiency in communicating with and managing expectations of stakeholders through project phases.
• Agile Methodologies - Experience in implementing and managing agile project practices for effective project delivery.
• Scrum Master Certification - Valid certification indicating understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
• JIRA - Skillful use of JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and collaboration among team members.
• Microsoft Project - Proficient in using Microsoft Project for planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress and resources.
• Budget Management - Ability to create, manage, and adhere to project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met without hindrance.
• Communicate project status, issues, and successes clearly to stakeholders and project team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement project strategies and processes.
• Facilitate meetings and follow-ups with project team and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project resources effectively to optimize efficiency and productivity of the project team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols through appropriate project documentation and reporting.
