Position OverviewThe Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, organize, and execute corporate, social, and promotional events within defined budgets and timelines.</li><li>Liaise with clients to gather event objectives, requirements, and expectations.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers for event-related arrangements.</li><li>Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, checklists, and reports.</li><li>Oversee event logistics, including setup, catering, audio-visuals, décor, and guest management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.</li><li>Supervise on-site event operations and address issues in real time.</li><li>Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare performance reports.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and design, for event branding and promotional activities.</li><li>Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors.</li></ul> Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.</li><li>1–3 years of proven experience in event planning or coordination.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and event management software/tools.</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure and adapt in dynamic environments.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event requirements.</li></ul> Desired Attributes<ul><li>Creative problem-solving abilities.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Strong teamwork and leadership qualities.</li><li>Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.</li></ul>
