The Export Sales Coordinator is a key role responsible for processing global export sales orders and assisting in expanding existing or developing new export markets. This position serves as the liaison between customers, suppliers, shipping facilities and transport companies to ensure efficient deliveries. Outstanding collaboration with Sales, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Finance and Customer Support teams is critical. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and professional, team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Coordinate transportation of orders by air, sea or truck
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantity and all other customer requested items on sales orders
- Provide customers with recommendations and technical advice, as well as appropriate sales literature
- Provide sales analysis and guidance; assist in the implementation of sales strategies
- Assist in development of market specific product, literature and labels, including bilingual translations
- Prepare dangerous goods documents and processes various forms of payment
- Prepare month-end closing sales reports
- Oversee Freight Forwarder activities to maintain document integrity and schedules
