We at Career Zone Recruiting LLP are looking for a Tender Executive to join our team! If you have experience in tender processes and a deep understanding of service industry outsourcing and manpower handling, this is the opportunity for you.

What we’re looking for:

Expertise in tender platforms (GeM, Mahatransco, Maha Tender).

Strong experience in vendor management and procurement.

Background in manpower outsourcing and the service industry.

Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

Oversee the complete tender process, including documentation, bid submission, and contract negotiation, specifically for manpower outsourcing services.

Utilize platforms like GeM (Government e-Marketplace), Mahatransco, Maha Tender, and others for procurement activities.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and service providers to secure the best terms.

Ensure compliance with tender requirements, maintain accurate records, and track project progress to completion.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments to address procurement needs effectively.

Prepare and maintain detailed procurement and tender documentation to support internal audits and reporting.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable service and support.

Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of tendering processes in the service industry, especially for manpower outsourcing.

Proficiency in using tender platforms such as GeM, Mahatransco, Maha Tender, and similar portals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Ability to work with procurement tools/software efficiently.
