Business Development

A sales executive is responsible for assisting in the growth of a company by locating new business prospects and selling items to them. In addition to developing and maintaining relationships with new clients, they must maintain relationships with their present customer base.


  • Generating sales targets and creating sales plans.
  • Generating leads and conducting prospect research.
  • Making phone calls, sending emails, and in-person visits to potential and current clients.
  • Handling client complaints, concerns, and requests.
  • Composing, assembling, and delivering quotations and proposals.
  • Utilizing particular software to manage the sales process.
  • Creation and upkeep of database.
  • Achieving the monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals.
  • Attending meetings of the sales team.
  • Participate in workshops to increase your technical and professional employment abilities.
  • Keep up with trends and competitors to spot improvements or suggest new items.
  • Assisting the team's work by carrying out necessary tasks as needed.


  • High school diploma/Graduated with Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
