Job Overview
Career Mantra is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to join our Education industry team in Pune. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The selected candidate will manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns to drive improved engagement and conversions, supporting our mission to aid students in making informed educational choices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Google Ads Certification (Mandatory skill) demonstrating proficiency in managing effective ad campaigns on the Google platform.
- Proficiency in Keyword Research Tools (Mandatory skill) to identify the most relevant and impactful keywords for campaign success.
- Expertise in using Google Analytics (Mandatory skill) to track, measure, and optimize user engagement and ad performance.
- Experience in A/B Testing to assess campaign variants and optimize for best performance outcomes.
- Proficiency in PPC Campaign Management with a proven track record of managing successful pay-per-click advertising strategies.
- Strong skills in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance the effectiveness of ad spend and acquisition efforts.
- Ability to perform Data Analysis to interpret metrics, derive insights, and inform strategic campaign adjustments.
- Experience with Meta Ads to expand campaign reach across social and digital media platforms for enhanced visibility.

- Prepare detailed analytical reports to assess KPIs, marketing metrics, and the overall impact of advertising activities.
- Ensure the best practices in campaign management are followed to maintain compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
