Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Business Development at our Gwalior headquarters. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for a fresher with 0 to 1 year of experience in the Education industry. The successful candidate will support our mission to facilitate informed educational choices, using strategic business development skills to expand our reach and enhance our service offerings.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong knowledge of CRM software to effectively manage and analyze customer interactions throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce to manage leads, track customer interactions, and ensure successful implementation of sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate and persuade potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ability to generate leads through various channels to drive new business opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Understanding of customer relationship management principles to develop long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience or understanding of B2C sales techniques to effectively promote services directly to students and educational aspirants.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to continuously learn and improve in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities that maximize company revenue.
  • Engage in lead generation activities to create and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies to boost company sales and market reach.
  • Effectively communicate the value of career mantra's offerings to students, ensuring informed educational decisions.
  • Participate in seminars and events organized by the company to drive engagement and demonstrate expertise in the educational sector.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on business development activities and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic business planning.
