Key Skills
▪ Masters in chemistry / Chemical engineering with 6+ years of exp
▪ Knowledge of process chemistry and technology
▪ Must have an experience of handling team of more than 25 people
▪ DCS as well manual experience in production
▪ Grip on different unit operation as well as processes
▪ Minimum products handled in current role – 3
▪ Knowledge about SAP
▪ Basic grip on technology transfer process
▪ Must have faced ISO audits.
▪ Excellent communication skills verbal / written / presentations
Role & Responsibilities
Planning and organizing production schedules as per customer requirement and given by the
marketing department.
• Supervise production team to manage and execute production planning as per the schedule.
• Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.
• Responsible for giving quarterly Raw materials planning and review it with consumption.
• Preparation of production SOP's according to QMS.
• Perform root cause analysis of production nonconformities and take correction, corrective actions and preventive actions as needed.
• Ensure that final product meets quality standards and specifications.
• Give schedule for Process Preventive maintenance of equipment’s.
• Assist in production risk assessment and ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards.
