This is a full-time, mid-level position for The Counselor Overseas Education based in Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad, and Rajkot. The role is ideal for professionals with up to 6 years of experience who will guide aspiring students through the overseas education process, ensuring a seamless engagement from counseling to visa application support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in student counseling, with the ability to understand and address diverse student needs for studying abroad opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information to students, parents, and educational partners.
• Comprehensive knowledge in visa guidance processes, including documentation and interview preparation for commonly chosen study destinations.
• Proficiency in sales, with a proven track record of converting inquiries into enrollments by effectively pitching services and advising students.
• Hands-on experience using CRM software to manage student records and follow up leads systematically, ensuring timely communication and data accuracy.
• In-depth understanding of country-specific regulations, compliance criteria, and admission requirements for major educational destinations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail across application and counseling processes.
• Ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive environment that fosters trust and confidence in overseas education choices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling to students and families about educational opportunities, admission requirements, and best-fit overseas options.
• Advise students on visa policies, prepare them for visa interviews, and assist in the preparation of all necessary visa documentation.
• Conduct follow-ups with inquiries using CRM tools and maintain up-to-date interaction records for improved student engagement and communication.
