Job Overview
We are seeking a Telesales Executive for our Andheri location. This is a full-time, fresher-level position, requiring candidates with no prior work experience. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable educational consultancy solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM Software to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Understanding of telecommunication systems to be able to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Basic data entry skills to accurately record customer information and sales processes into our database.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques to identify and initiate contact with potential customers effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer queries and concerns, providing effective resolutions promptly.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple customer interactions and sales processes within deadlines.
- Active Listening (Mandatory skill) to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic interactions with potential customers to introduce our services and identify their needs.
- Use CRM Software to document and track customer interactions and sales progress efficiently.
- Implement lead generation techniques to expand customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Provide detailed information about our services, answering queries to convert leads into customers.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate records of customer details and interaction history.
- Collaborate with team members to refine and enhance sales techniques and strategies.
- Address customer concerns or objections effectively, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
- Follow up on leads and closures to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
