Job Overview

We are seeking a young and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Career Craft Consultants India Pvt Ltd in Vadodara. This is a full-time junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be proactive in engaging potential clients and driving sales growth through effective telecommunication strategies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in tele sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.

  • Good understanding of lead generation techniques and tools to maximize sales potential.
  • Sound knowledge of the education industry and market trends to effectively pitch services.
  • Proficiency in cold calling with a focus on initiating and nurturing client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in inside sales and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the capability to close deals efficiently and effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to engage potential clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales prospects through proactive research and outreach.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients over the phone.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for pursuing new client acquisition and retention.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, client interactions, and deal status updates.
  • Follow up on potential leads and transform them into credible business opportunities.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to their queries and objections.
