Job Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Vadodara. This hybrid position is designed for professionals with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment processes, aiming to support organizational growth through effective talent sourcing and onboarding strategies in the education sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Talent Pipeline Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs.
  • Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective candidate engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • End to End Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in overseeing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Ability to source candidates through various channels such as job portals, networking, and social media for diverse hiring needs.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Offer Negotiation: Skilled in handling offer negotiations and ensuring a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and follow-up.
  • Onboarding: Capacity to facilitate smooth onboarding processes, ensuring new hires receive the tools, resources, and orientation necessary for success.
  • Data Management: Competency in maintaining and managing recruitment data for reporting, compliance, and process optimization purposes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates using a variety of channels and proactively maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting screenings, and providing feedback to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and oversee onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to track candidate status and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct reference checks, manage offer negotiations, and handle all communication related to the hiring process.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by delivering timely updates and support throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain data integrity and assist in preparing recruitment-related reports for management review and decision-making.
