We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive for a mid-level position to join our team in Vadodara. • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline recruiting workflows and track applicant progress efficiently.
• Skilled in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging potential candidates across diverse industries.
• Expertise in Boolean Search Techniques to effectively identify and target qualified candidates.
• Strong understanding of Employer Branding to enhance the company's presence and attractiveness to potential hires.
• Experience with Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment Strategies to promote a diverse workplace and equitable opportunities.
• Ability to utilize Data-Driven Recruiting Analytics to assess and refine recruitment strategies and performance.
• Competence in Social Media Recruitment to reach and engage with a broad range of talented candidates.
• Exceptional skills in Candidate Relationship Management to maintain a positive candidate experience and cultivate ongoing relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage PAN India Recruitment.
• Prepare job descriptions for various job positions.
• Source potential candidates using various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Portals, and social media.
• Arrange walk-in drives/Recruitment Drives for PAN India.
• Responsible for prescreening resumes to identify suitable candidates and coordinate with the manager for further rounds of interviews.
• Prepare and roll out job offers and conduct closer calls to complete the offer process.
• Send timely emails for feedback, pre-confirmation, and job offer to candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Initiate and process onboarding of new joining candidates on HRMS.
• Conduct induction programs for all new joining candidates.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top talent in alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems while ensuring an efficient and smooth experience for candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the best candidates for open positions.
• Drive diversity recruitment initiatives ensuring an inclusive hiring process and equitable opportunities for all candidates.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve and adapt our recruiting efforts.
• Engage in employer branding activities to promote Career Craft Consultants as an employer of choice.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies.
