Job Overview

We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Study Abroad Education Counsellor to join our team in Andheri. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will guide students through the process of studying abroad, leveraging their expertise in international education systems and student visa processing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in student visa processing (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of international education systems (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with CRM software to manage student data effectively and efficiently.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills to interact with diverse student backgrounds.
• Familiarity with interpreting SAT/IELTS scores for advising students on eligibility.
• Skills in market research tools to identify the latest education trends and opportunities.
• Experience in academic credential evaluation to assess students' educational qualifications.
• Competency in using online meeting platforms to conduct virtual counselling sessions, such as Zoom.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Advise students and parents on program selection, admission requirements, and available scholarships for overseas education.
• Provide detailed and accurate guidance on the student visa application process.
• Conduct informative sessions and webinars to enhance awareness of study abroad opportunities and benefits.
• Collaborate with universities and institutions to understand and update admission procedures and changes.
• Assist in organizing and conducting pre-departure orientations for students preparing to study abroad.
• Maintain and update records in the CRM system, ensuring all student interactions are well-documented.
• Conduct follow-ups to support students throughout the application and enrollment process.
• Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and international education systems to provide up-to-date advice.
• Engage in calling and counseling students over virtual platforms like Zoom.
