Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Study Abroad Counselor to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting students in finding the right educational opportunities overseas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in visa counselling, demonstrating a thorough understanding of visa processes and requirements.
• Expertise in guiding students for study abroad opportunities, ensuring they have the necessary information and support.
• Strong student counselling abilities to effectively engage and assist students in their academic pursuits.
• Overseas education expertise with comprehensive knowledge of international academic systems (Mandatory skill).
• Process knowledge related to applications and admissions, streamlining the student journey (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to shortlist courses and universities based on student profiles and preferences (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to students and parents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple student cases simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to students on overseas education pathways and available academic programs.
• Conduct thorough visa counselling sessions to assist students in understanding visa requirements and processes.
• Assess student profiles and support them in shortlisting suitable courses and universities abroad.
• Coordinate and manage the application process, ensuring timely submission and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about global education trends and relay relevant information to students and the team.
• Build strong relationships with universities and maintain updated knowledge of admission criteria.
• Support students in preparing necessary documentation and provide assistance in interview preparation.
• Organize and conduct seminars or workshops to promote study abroad opportunities and share insights.
