We are seeking a motivated Study Abroad Counselor to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time Junior level position requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The counselor will help guide students in their journey to pursue education abroad, specializing in visa counseling and the UK education system.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Study Abroad Counselor (Mandatory skill), supporting students in making informed educational and career decisions abroad.
• Proficiency in Visa Counselor procedures (Mandatory skill) to ensure seamless application processes for students targeting international education.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK education system as a UK Counselor (Mandatory skill), offering specialized advice to students interested in studying in the UK.
• Experience in managing and executing overseas education programs, guiding students through the entire education cycle.
• Comprehensive understanding of Visa Process, supporting students in obtaining necessary documents and complying with immigration regulations.
• Demonstrated ability in Direct sales, converting potential leads into confirmed clients and maintaining customer retention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• A keen attention to detail and organization skills to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to provide students with comprehensive information about study abroad options and specific country programs.
• Assist students in identifying and applying for suitable courses and universities based on their career aspirations and academic profiles.
• Guide students through the entire visa application process, ensuring the submission of all required documents and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new developments and changes in international education policies and visa regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and clients, fostering trust and reliability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations across the company.
• Engage in direct sales activities to promote company services and achieve enrollment targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and their families throughout the application and visa processes.
