Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior FEMALE Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This role requires a highly organized and customer-oriented individual who can manage front desk operations and handle student enquiries efficiently.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk operations and managing reception duties effectively for at least one year.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications, ensuring smooth handling of daily administrative tasks.
  • Experience with call handling, ensuring that all communications are professional and customer-friendly.
  • Ability to manage student enquiries with a focus on providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to efficiently track and manage customer relationships and interactions.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently within a busy environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and concise exchange of information.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing all front desk activities, ensuring the reception area is presentable and welcoming for visitors.
  • Handling all incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate department or individual efficiently.
  • Responding promptly to student enquiries and providing relevant information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintaining client records and ensuring data is updated accurately in the CRM system.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.
  • Supporting administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and filing, as required.
  • Assisting in organizing company events and ensuring smooth execution of plans as part of the team.
