Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior FEMALE Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This role requires a highly organized and customer-oriented individual who can manage front desk operations and handle student enquiries efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations and managing reception duties effectively for at least one year.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications, ensuring smooth handling of daily administrative tasks.
- Experience with call handling, ensuring that all communications are professional and customer-friendly.
- Ability to manage student enquiries with a focus on providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software to efficiently track and manage customer relationships and interactions.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and to build lasting professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently within a busy environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and concise exchange of information.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing all front desk activities, ensuring the reception area is presentable and welcoming for visitors.
- Handling all incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate department or individual efficiently.
- Responding promptly to student enquiries and providing relevant information and assistance as needed.
- Maintaining client records and ensuring data is updated accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinating with internal departments to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.
- Supporting administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and filing, as required.
- Assisting in organizing company events and ensuring smooth execution of plans as part of the team.
