We are seeking a Junior IELTS Faculty member to join our team at our Vadodara location. This full-time role requires a committed professional with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IELTS preparation. The successful candidate will possess strong teaching and training skills, enhancing students' learning experiences to help them achieve their language proficiency goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience of 1-3 years as an IELTS Faculty demonstrating expertise in exam preparation (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability in IELTS Preparation, showcasing strategies to help students improve their scores (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent teaching and training skills, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to design and implement lesson plans and curriculum that cater to different learning styles.
• Strong command of the English language with the ability to communicate and instruct clearly and effectively.
• Creative lesson planning skills that encourage student participation and engagement in the lessons.
• Passion for educating and empowering students to reach their language proficiency goals.
• Adaptability in teaching methods to personalize learning experiences based on student needs and feedback.

Roles and Responsibilities
