We are seeking a Junior IELTS Faculty to join our team in Anand. This is a full-time opportunity for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role is focused on delivering exceptional IELTS training and supporting students in achieving their desired scores.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in conducting IELTS training sessions, ensuring students gain necessary skills and confidence to excel.
• Proficiency in English language with excellent reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding of study abroad programs and their requirements to guide students effectively.
• Ability to assess language proficiency accurately and provide constructive feedback (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in creating a positive and encouraging learning environment for diverse student groups.
• Competency in designing and implementing student assessment processes that track progress efficiently.
• Extensive knowledge of test strategies that enhance students' performance and maximize their scores.
• Strong organizational skills to manage class schedules and student records with precision.

Roles and Responsibilities
