The CRM Implementation Officer will play a pivotal role in deploying, optimizing, and supporting CRM initiatives for Career Craft Consultants India Pvt Ltd. Based in Vadodara, this full-time, mid-level position is suited for candidates with up to 6 years of experience who are passionate about leveraging CRM systems to drive educational engagement and operational success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable expertise in CRM Implementation (Mandatory skill) with hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and deploying CRM platforms for process optimization.
- Strong background in User Training (Mandatory skill) to design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules for diverse user groups within the organization.
- Proven capability in Reporting & Dashboards (Mandatory skill) for creating and maintaining comprehensive analytics, visual reports, and performance dashboards.
- Proficient in Requirements Gathering through interacting with stakeholders to document business needs and align CRM functionalities to support strategic objectives.
- Experience in Data Migration procedures, ensuring seamless and secure transition of data from legacy systems to CRM environments.
- Ability to drive Process Improvement by identifying bottlenecks and proposing effective CRM-enabled workflow enhancements.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, including customization and integration to support unique organizational processes.
- Skilled in Data Analysis to interpret user requirements, monitor CRM usage, and identify trends or areas for increased efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and educational strategies.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis with stakeholders to translate business needs into CRM functionality.
- Plan and execute user training sessions, develop documentation, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective CRM adoption.
- Facilitate data migration from legacy systems, maintaining data integrity and resolving migration challenges smoothly.
- Create, update, and analyze reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management and other departments.
- Work closely with IT, marketing, and academic teams to integrate CRM processes across multiple functions.
- Monitor CRM usage and feedback, troubleshooting issues promptly while driving best practices across the organization.
- Propose and implement process improvements that enhance CRM usability, user engagement, and business outcomes.
