Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level CRM Implementation Manager for our Vadodara location. This is a full-time position responsible for managing end-to-end CRM deployments, ensuring seamless integration with existing educational consulting workflows, and elevating client engagement processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- CRM Implementation (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end CRM software deployment within a business or educational environment.
- Report Preparation (Mandatory skill): Strong command in designing, preparing, and delivering reports to various stakeholders for performance tracking and improvement.
- End User Training (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in training users on CRM functionalities, improving adoption and minimizing post-implementation issues.
- Process Mapping: Ability to analyze, document, and optimize business processes to ensure CRM systems align with organizational objectives.
- Data Migration: Experience in seamless data transfer, verification, and cleansing to ensure accurate data population during system cutover.
- System Integration: Aptitude for integrating CRM platforms with other enterprise solutions for holistic operations management.
- CRM/ERP: Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms, enabling the efficient configuration and troubleshooting of integrated systems.
- API Integration: Competence in connecting third-party applications and ensuring smooth information flow between software ecosystems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of CRM projects, from requirement gathering through successful go-live and stabilization support.
- Liaise with stakeholders to map current processes and identify gaps that CRM solutions can resolve.
- Oversee the data migration process, ensuring data accuracy and consistency throughout the transition.
- Prepare tailored reports for leadership and end users to monitor usage, effectiveness, and return on investment.
- Conduct comprehensive end user training sessions and develop training materials to encourage effective system adoption.
- Monitor system usage, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the primary contact for ongoing support and enhancing CRM utility.
- Stay abreast of CRM trends and suggest continuous improvements to maximize value for the organization and its stakeholders.
