The Center Head Study Abroad position is a senior, full-time role based in Rajkot. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing center operations, ensuring the delivery of quality services in study abroad consulting, and leading strategic growth initiatives. Up to 10 years of work experience is required for this pivotal leadership position.

• Study Abroad Process (Mandatory skill): Deep understanding of study abroad procedures, application protocols, and country-specific admission requirements.
• Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill): Proven capability to develop and execute effective sales strategies for growth and revenue generation.
• Student Counseling: Strong ability to counsel students and parents about international education opportunities and career prospects.
• Target Achievement: Consistently able to meet and exceed ambitious student enrollment and revenue targets for the study abroad center.
• Operations Management: Skilled in streamlining center operations and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete study abroad application process, ensuring adherence to protocols and providing expert guidance to students.
• Devise and implement effective sales strategies to recruit potential students while expanding the center’s market presence.
• Conduct individual and group student counseling sessions aimed at identifying and shaping international education pathways.
• Ensure operational excellence by managing day-to-day center activities, resource allocation, and customer service quality.
• Collaborate with educational institutions, partners, and agencies to facilitate seamless business development activities.
