- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Experience in identifying and targeting potential customers to generate new business inquiries and build a solid sales pipeline.
- Market Research (Mandatory skill): Ability to conduct detailed market research for the education sector, providing actionable insights to support business strategy and sales approaches.
- ATL/BTL Activity (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in planning and executing Above The Line and Below The Line marketing activities to boost brand presence and product visibility.
- Client Acquisition: Proven ability to acquire new clients through outbound sales efforts, relationship building, and effective communication strategies tailored to the education industry.
- Partnership Development: Excellent skills in identifying, approaching, and formalizing strategic partnerships with institutions and organizations in the target market.
- Edtech Solution: Familiarity with educational technology products and the capacity to articulate value propositions to diverse stakeholders during the sales process.
- Filed Marketing: Experience in field marketing activities, directly engaging with potential customers to demonstrate offerings and understand their requirements effectively.
- Sales Presentations: Strong presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver engaging pitches and proposals to clients and partners, adapting content for maximum impact.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through research, networking, and direct outreach in the education industry.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and prospective client needs.
- Execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, including seminars, workshops, and promotional activities, to increase brand awareness and attract leads.
- Engage in field marketing efforts, visiting educational institutions and presenting company offerings to decision makers and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and follow-up for long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, tailored to client requirements to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align business development strategies with company objectives and client feedback.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and business development targets, regularly updating management on progress and marketplace feedback.
