We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Associate for a full-time position in Surat at Career Craft Consultants India Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and establishing partnerships across the education sector. This role demands a proactive approach to lead generation and market research, with fieldwork to foster client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in lead generation and market research to identify business opportunities and nurture potential partnerships (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in conducting successful ATL/BTL activities to promote brand awareness and engagement (Mandatory skill).
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively to a diverse audience and engage stakeholders in high-impact discussions.
- Practical knowledge of EdTech solutions and their applications in the education sector to facilitate innovative learning experiences.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, building and maintaining client relationships to drive business revenue and growth.
- Willingness to perform fieldwork to directly interact with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a personalized approach to business development.
- Capability to forge strategic partnerships that align with the company’s objectives and expand its market presence in the education sector.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly, enhancing business operations and outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking within the education sector.
- Facilitate lead generation initiatives and manage the sales pipeline to achieve company revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to foster relationships and illustrate the value of the company’s solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective ATL/BTL campaigns.
- Perform fieldwork to explore client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their educational goals.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with product teams to align client feedback with product development and enhancements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management to highlight progress, challenges, and opportunities.
