Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Admission Officer for our Vadodara location. This is a full-time position at a junior level, requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The role involves supporting students in the application process, ensuring thorough documentation, and providing expert advice on international education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete admission process for students applying to universities abroad.
• Accurately fill out and submit university application forms on behalf of students.
• Coordinate directly with international universities to track the progress of submitted applications.
• Follow up with universities to ensure timely issuance of offer letters.
• Assist students in understanding documentation requirements, deadlines, and application procedures.
• Maintain and organize student files, ensuring all required documents are collected and verified.
• Keep students updated about the status of their applications and offer letters.
• Communicate with university representatives and admission offices via email, phone, or portals.
• Enter and manage student data in internal systems and track application progress.
• Provide post-submission support, including helping students accept offers and meet conditions.
