Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Telesales Specialist to join our team in Vashi. The successful candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience and is expected to contribute to our growing business by engaging with prospective clients. The role is Full-Time and requires excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of telesales strategies to achieve targets efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with potential clients. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in Salesforce to manage leads and track calls efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong understanding of cold calling strategies for creating new business opportunities. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in using various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to enhance customer interactions.
- Persuasion techniques to convince potential clients about the value of our services.
- Time management skills to handle multiple calls and meet deadlines effectively.
- Active listening abilities to fully understand client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Multilingual proficiency to cater to a diverse clientele and overcome language barriers easily.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Career 4 You's internship programs.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored advice to match them with appropriate internship opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and maintain proactive engagement to turn potential interest into confirmed placements.
- Manage and update client information in Salesforce to keep track of communication and sales progress.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately present all options to clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve telesales tactics and stay updated with industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
