Collect and maintain trainees' details and provide data for ERP  Co-ordinate induction programme after rope in of trainees Maintain & monitor trainees' attendance Update & maintain documents for audit Visit partnering industries regularly and co-ordinate with  shopfloor supervisors for trainees'performance and  assessments Conduct theoretical & practical assessments Counsel and motivate trainees periodically Collate attendance every month and send the same to A/C s  for invoicing and stipend payment
