Capthical Hub Private Limited is an accounting outsourcing company and seeking for Reviewer/Manager who has experience in Australian bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation job to join the amazing team.

Location: Surat (work from office)

Job Roles:

• Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards
• Manage and supervise a team of accountants and tax professionals.
• Identify training needs within the team and provide or facilitate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to junior team members, allowing them to gain experience and develop their skills under your guidance
• Establish a structured and comprehensive review process for all bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation work conducted by junior team members.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Knowledge and skills:- Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Taxation work through software like MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, and CCH
• Qualification:- Qualified CA, CMA, B.Com. M.com, MBA(Finance)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Quick Learner, actively seek to expand knowledge and develop expertise
• Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
