Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial secondary research to support lead generation activity - identifying potential

contacts at prospective clients, sending initial mailers and credentials deck to introduce our

services under the supervision of respective manager.

▪ Post study commissioning, design of initial draft questionnaire/discussion guide under the

supervision of the respective manager.

▪ Candidate is expected to manage client communications regarding project updates and other

routine requirements

▪ Analyze data and convert the same into presentation/word report (as required and guided by the

team)

▪ Co-ordinate with the Project Management team and ensure study timelines and deliverables as

per fieldwork quality control norms

▪ This role will have only execution targets, not the business targets

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Aptitude for consulting, generating insights/ analysis through structured thinkingcapabilities

• Written and Verbal Communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office – understanding of analytical tools will be an addedadvantage

• Sampling techniques

• Questionnaire design

• Developing Analysis Plan

• Data Scrutiny and quality check

• Data Interpretation

• Identifying sources of information and conducting secondary research for the various products/

sectors being studied

• Coordinate with Operations and Project management team
