 Assembly of DG Sets,

 Alignment checking, Accessories installation

 Fare knowledge on Installation & Commissioning of the DG Set.

 Familiarisation about auto-mains failure, synchronization Panel.

 To maintain all record of genset data base in the assigned area

 Maintenance of DG sets.

 Troubleshooting of Engine, Alternator, and control panels.

 Effective Communication Skills for better co-ordination with HO, Dealer & customer.

 Participate in assigned projects from the initial assignment & briefing

 Strengthen after sales market support in assigned area

 Technical service planning for current and existing product

 Assist in preparation of technical service budget.

 Works with technical team using basic engineering principals, knowledge, analytical,

conceptual skills to develop & strengthen the service support.

 Conducting quality reviews & processes of Product quality control.

 Providing technical expertise for gas product for applications.

 Setting up new processes for monitoring the gas genset.

 Implementing tracking system for all open issues.

 Managing all electrical work and extend support to dealer.

 Failure trend analysis.

 Handle daily service issues, warranty decisions

 Documentation of failure investigation reports of major failures.

 Customer / dealer meetings on a periodic basis.
