- Live chat- live chat to respond students issues, sales query, complaint, update etc related to books, courses, test pass, upcoming books, e-books related issues
- Outbound and inbound phone calls

- Other social media respond, promotion
- Blog writing
- Digital Marketing
- Bookshops keepers engagement activities like new book launch messages
- Data management
- feedback collection
- Error correction in books- management
- courses management
Skills required:

4. Good command of excel and data analysis

Education: B.tech/ MBA Full time
Experience: 1-2 year experience in education/ call center/BPO/ banking/hospitality/service /etc

Job Location: Pinnacle office, MM Tower, Railway road Gurgaon
Working days: Monday to Saturday: 9am-5pm, in case extra work, over time is paid
