We are currently looking for an experienced paraplanner to join our team, providing case development

services to support the sales and service teams. This role will work in conjunction with a U.S.-based

relationship manager who will interact directly with the financial advisor and this paraplanner. This

paraplanner will not interact directly with financial advisors.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare income planning cases using client inputs via the www.SIPSplanning.com

software.

• Perform case optimizations based on defined planning scenarios.

• Ensure all case materials and outputs are compliant.

• Provide client-facing reports and presentations in PowerPoint/PDF to the sales and/or service

team for follow up with the financial advisor.

• Manage case workflows via CRM tools.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S degree, preferably in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• Awareness of financial products and services:

o Income and expenses

o Pre-tax and after-tax investment concepts

o Understanding and application of U.S. marginal and effective income tax rates

o Understanding of different financial products and registration types (e.g., insurance,

annuities, retirement plans, IRAs, qualified vs. non-qualified)

• Ability to follow a detailed process to identify and apply a scenario based on client inputs and

stated goals.

• Proficiency in English-language written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to create a PowerPoint presentation based on slide templates and documented

procedures.

• FINRA Registered Paraplanner (RP) qualification is a plus.
