Job Description:-

Work with the respective RM’s and business development team for lead generations and complete support . ( High proficiency on LinkedIn and other social media to create leads )

To lead external and internal communication with core marketing communication competencies: brand building; enhance organizational reputation.

Cross-department liaising for processing of various orders, promotions, product launches and for problem resolution.

Plan, develops and execute creative concepts to communicate complex messages in a variety of communication forms (promotion, advertising, meetings, events, PR, digital) to variety of audience that drive business/company performance.

Organize and attend seminars, trade shows, industry exhibitions, conferences, workshops and other events to potential customers.

Manage, provide support and assist sales team members with day-to-day duties and responsibilities

ANALYSIS

 Analyze market trends, forecast, and set monthly/annual targets.

Monitor, assess and evaluate sales performance, market share and achievement of set targets.

Business Strategy - Formulate business plans and pricing strategies.

Account Retention - Ensure relationship with existing clients is maintained with minimal attrition.Other details:

Basic Qualifications

4 to 5 years’ experience in business-to-business marketing and/or communications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Possess a degree in communications, marketing, marketing or related field.

BBA/MBA from a reputed management school with proven academic record will be an added advantage

Ability to write/edit internal and external communication materials and understanding of various media capabilities

IT Proficiency / Social Media Fluency & Excellent presentation skills is a must
