Responsibilities Main Responsibilities

 To ensure Preventive Maintenance adherence at plant

 Plant Maintenance/ Machine Shop Maintenance

 Spare part Management – Planning, Procurement, Spare & Inventory

cost control

 Critical Spare planning

 Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) & Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)

 Lean Manufacturing : TPM – Zero leakage at Shop floor and 5S

 Hydraulic & Pneumatics maintenance

 Data Management & Team Management

 Vendor Managemet

Qualifications & Experience

BE Mechanical (Full Time) with 13-15 plus years’ experience

Industry Preference  Automobile/Auto Ancillary/ Gear, Brakes, Clutch/ Metal Manufacturing /

any other manufacturing industry having experience of CNC Machines

and Hydraulic &Pneumatics

Skills and

Competencies -

Functional

 Strong communication, flavor to teach & train people.

 Should have strong knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatics, CNC

Machines, Special Purpose Machine (SPM), Ball screw, Gear Box,

Bearings etc.

 Passion to solve problems & improve.

 Polished personality / stature with nice communication skills
