Roles and Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition - Good hands on experience in sourcing/negotiation/good track record of offer to joining ratio.
• Searching profiles through existing database, job portals like naukri, walk in interview and placement agencies.
• Ensure that all vacancies in organization are filled as per specified TAT.
• Coordinate with department HOD to forecast future needs of departments and take necessary approvals.
• Data Management of Recruitment.
• Maintain proper data base of candidates interviewed to analyze the cases and suggest ideas for constant improvement.
• Managing Employee Engagement for Back office Team and for Pan India employees.
• Monthly / Weekly operations related trackers to be maintained.
• Monitoring the implementation of key HR processes, including monthly review, attendance tracking, leave management, Learning and Development.
• Assisting Head HR for all HR related activities HR Acquisition
• Should be able to understand the Operating Processes and Systems of the company in a short time and work around them to develop the JDs, KRAs, Incentive schemes, other schemes.

Qualification & Experience

• Total experience required 3 plus years.
• MBA is must
• Good knowledge of MS Office and well versed with excel
