Designation: Head (HR) for University, Gurgaon

Experience: 12 – 15 years

Qualification: MBA is mandatory

Preference: Education / University sector only

Salary: CTC 95K to 1.50Kpm.

Location: Gurgaon

Duties and key responsibilities

 Lead the HR department for the University, handling the entire gamut of HR

operational & recruitment activities;

 Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the university’s overall

development plan and maintain the HR Manual for the University;

 Develop the recruitment plan for the month covering positions to be filled and

channels to be used;

 Managing the Talent Management lifecycle of staff and faculty members right

from on-boarding to exit;

 Develop and facilitate the performance appraisals for faculty member and other

staff members;

 Employee Relations: Act as a Single point of contact for faculty & staff members

concerns;

 Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions

 Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and

locations

 Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems

 Review and update our employment contracts and agreements

 Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates

 Coordinate employee training and development initiatives

 Must have knowledge of security & housekeeping contracts. Finalization of

vendors.

 Good knowledge of labor legislation

 Leadership abilities

Skills and Knowledge

 Complete knowledge of HR Operations and Recruitment.

 Good Communication Skills.

 Education / University experience is mandatory.

 Excellent communication, managerial and negotiating skills

 Problem solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills

 Ability to work on deadline driven work environment
