Executive Assistant(Male) for Manufacturing Company in Sector 43, Gurgaon

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate is a Gurgaon resident with exceptional English-speaking and writing skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Email Correspondence:

Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the executives with professionalism and accuracy.

Draft, proofread, and edit emails to ensure clarity and adherence to company standards.

Calendar Management:

Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively address them.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Ensure effective communication flow within the executive team and throughout the organization.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Task Prioritization:

Assist in prioritizing and managing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Monitor and follow up on action items resulting from meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
