Job Description –Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
· Performing minor accounting duties
· Organizing meetings, including scheduling & sending reminders
· Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
· Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the executive
· Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
· Coordinate with team members on daily basis to update data sheet
· Daily reviewing of the data sheet with executive
· Coordinate travel arrangements
REQUIREMENTS :-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills & ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal skills
