CFO for University, Gurgaon

Experience: 15-18 Years

Qualification: CA is mandatory

Preference: Education / University sector only

Salary: (2.00-2.25) on Merits

Location: Gurgaon

Duties and key responsibilities

 Analyses financial statements, and prepares reports and recommendations to Top Management

and the Board of Directors concerning financial performance.

 Arranges and chairs financial management meetings, and prepares financial reports and

presentations for scheduled financial management meetings.

 Execute the financial strategy of the company

 Manage financial controls and accounting procedures

 Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company

 Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs

 Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner

 Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained

 Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans

 Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments

 Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required

Skills and Knowledge

 Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities are required.

 The ability to project a strong positive image of the University through interaction with all

constituencies conducting business with the University, including the media, is required.

 Executive problem-solving skills and the ability to organize and manage complex functions are

required

 Must be skilled in using financial management software commonly used in higher education.

 Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office

 Exceptional communication skills..

 Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
